Can you save money buying a courtesy car?

In many cases, the answer is yes, a lot of money. To encourage dealerships to participate in the loaner programs, manufacturers often include courtesy vehicles in there in incentives. In some cases, like Chevy, they will include additional incentives specific to the courtesy vehicles. We have seen up to 30% off MSRP on several models of loaner cars. At any given time we have over 100 vehicles that are in or recently retired from courtesy service, and that includes our most popular models like Silverado, Equinox, Traverse, and Suburban. To find these vehicles online, look for the word courtesy on the image or in the description of the vehicle.

Any downside to buying a courtesy vehicle?

Not really, but consider the mileage, since these cars are used by service guests mileage can vary by vehicle. Most demo car programs require us to leave the vehicle in loaner service for a minimum time-frame or mileage. In that time, some will have 1000 miles on them, others could have 6000 miles. If you have choices, go with the lowest mileage vehicle that fits your needs. Before our courtesy vehicles are available for sale, they go through our reconditioning process to address any issues such as door dings, windshield chips, interior damage, and uneven tire wear. We are here for you if you have any questions on how to take advantage of this amazing program.
