At Holiday Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac, we follow a motto, “Give where you live.” Fond Du Lac has grown and nurtured us over the years for us to become the dealership group that we are today, with multiple locations spread throughout the Oshkosh and Campbellsport areas. That’s why we make it a priority to return the favor and to help expand and support local businesses and organizations. We strongly believe that philanthropy creates lasting meaningful relations that bolster our local economies and improve community property. From supporting the arts to youth sports programs, see the following local businesses and organizations that we’ve worked with over the years.
The Fond du Lac Area United Way works with more than 25 groups and programs to achieve the goal of building a healthy, supportive, and educated community. By raising over $550,000 in 2018, the FDL Area United Way projected helping over 65,000 people in our community. That’s an incredible impact and shows how willing our citizens are to rally behind those in need.
Helping to develop the presence of the arts in Fond du Lac is the mission of the THELMA Sadoff Center for the Arts. That’s why Holiday Automotive is proud to sponsor the organization’s initiatives as well as the Center’s green room, dubbed the “Holiday Showroom.”
Every year, Holiday Automotive teams up with Ford Motor Company to participate in the Drive 4UR School program. It’s a free public test-drive event for members of the community to experience new Ford products while earning money for their school. For each test-drive, Ford contributes $20 to the school for a maximum donation of $6,000 per year. The students in Fond du Lac are our most important resource to keep our community moving forward
Similar to the school drive, Holiday Automotive also teams up with Ford Motor Company to put on Drive 4UR Community. Each year, Holiday Automotive puts on a free test-drive event for the community in which Ford donates $20 to a partnered non-profit organization up to a maximum of $6,000. With no money needed to participate, it’s a great way for Holiday Automotive and the citizens of Fond du Lac to give back and support the vital charitable organizations in our own backyard.
Chevrolet is as American as baseball and apple pie. That’s why Holiday Automotive takes part in the Chevy Youth Baseball program to help contribute funds and resources to Fondy Youth Baseball. Helping to provide funds for equipment, field time, coaches, and more, Holiday Automotive wants to help the young boys and girls in our community have fun being active in the Spring and Summer parks around the city.
Developing our young team members to have successful careers at Holiday Automotive is an important goal across our entire campus. Our partnership with Young Professionals of Fond du Lac (YPF) helps us to do exactly that. YPF is an organization that helps young professionals in our community to network, socialize, and develop their life and career skills in order to build a brighter Fond du Lac. As a corporate member and silver-level sponsor, Holiday Automotive is investing in Fond du Lac’s future.
